5 improvisations. One clarinet and two violins. We play together once a week. During one hour we improvise a strange and crashing conversation between us. Nous nous rencontrons chaque semaine. Pendant une heure nous improvisons une conversation bancale et accidentée entre nos instruments. "La flaque aux chiens", enregistrée en mai 2005, est le résultat de l'une de ces rencontres. This album has been recorded by Drone with Ninel Cam, a turkish singer/dancer. contact: https://soundcloud.com/philippezulaica http://ninel.de/ "The first track, Obsession, is absolutely beautiful. The combination of Ninel’s voice and the strings creates a feeling of dry heat, like the feeling you get late in a summer day when the sun isn’t quite ready to go down and the wind is gently sweeping the heat off the land." comment by http://milieu.alexyoung.org/
_mikrosopht to serocell: "yo would you want to do a three way improv with drone? might be fun for a new release. like say we react after as our first listening to the material, without any previous idea of what it is. and we use only that first take for it..." _serocell to mikrosopht: _"or use the material itself? certainly I'd be up for collaboration, perhaps write over the material sent. so someone originates a very basic idea which is included and added to, to create a single... "during my first visit to columbia, missouri, usa, we played music in my friend leo's living room. he has a portable keyboard that is truly unique. it seems dust & other age related artifacts have given it a special capacity to generate a great variety of tonal patterns. its unbelievable and is totally unpredictable. the entire experience of communicating with this magical device had a profound effect on me. leo offered me this, the magic keyboard, as i left. he saw... favoritefavoritefavorite ( 1 reviews ) Topics: improvisation, keyboard, piano

Electronica / Glitch / Noise / Ambient http://www.mic.lt/c_jasenka.htm comment by the artist: "In 2005 I was offered to compose a piece of music for symphonic orchestra and a laptop computer. Since we haven’t got much of a tradition for that kind of compositions (combining a symphonic orchestra with a laptop or acoustic with electronics), I gave decided to try to realize this idea through a more traditional genre of a concerto. While considering how I could combine these two mediums, I... Topics: ambient, glitch, electronica, noise, experimental, electroacoustic, digital sound modeling, laptop,...
Dedication to "Sh" This project arose spontaneously in the summer of 2007 on the celebration of anniversary of St.-Petersburg cultural center "Pushkinskaya, 10". This quartet is in fact a double duet of two young saxophonists Ilia Belorukov and Maxim Pozin and two inveterate avantgardists Vlad Makarov and Dmitriy Kakhovskiy, both playing cellos. The sound turned out to be incredibly deep and the texture is solid because of the diffusion of the winds and the strings. Just... Experimental / Electronica / Classical http://www.myspace.com/drkula petr.drkula[AT]email.cz comment by the artist: "The most significant principles in my piece you listened to are three basic shapes, namely sine, square and triangle. It is used firstly as sound material in itself (series of several frequencies), secondly as tone envelopes. Each of the tracks represents one of the principles. On the first hearing the music may sounds as repetitive, but in fact no individual passage is... Topics: experimental, electronica, classical

SSH Visor, started in early 2007, is the least half-assed, fullest-realized laptop-based music project of Austrian bedroom musician C.A. Sinclair so far. Visor draws inspiration from a number of genres, including all kinds of experimental electronica and electroacoustica (new and old), but also from Krautrock, Free Jazz (particularly Sun Ra) and all kinds of other "out there" music. SSH Visor's music is, thus far, almost entirely sample-based, with only a minimum of MIDI sequencing.... Chaos Theory applied in music. Everything in the Universe is random, our thoughts are also random, what you hear is RanDom. Randomizing to the extreme: rhythms, scales, notes, sounds, noises, filters, even the tracks length. Live performances made using untuned guitar, plastic tube, drum battery, a working tv screen ( almost scratched it! ) and some other things. Tone generators used for noises. More than 50 recorded tracks having various lengths mixed together in a more or less random way.... Topics: improvisation, random, chaos, guitar, plastic tube, tv screen, untuned, noise
Utilizing the improvisation as vertebral axis in the creative process, this recording winds the lands of the experimental music, sometimes dark and occlusive, sometimes organic and noisy. Only intuition guides the way.
